Main Office - Willis-Knighton Medical Center campus in Shreveport

Our main office is located in Suite 301 on the third floor of the WK Heart Hospital on the Willis-Knighton Medical Center main campus. The office is conveniently located at 2727 Hearne Avenue. Free parking is available in the parking garage north of the WK-North Emergency Room.

At this office, CVC provides outpatient consultations as well as CVC Non-Invasive Center that offers nuclear cardiac imaging, treadmill stress testing, echocardiography and noninvasive evaluation of carotid and peripheral artery disease. This office is the location of our state of the art Cardiac Position Emission Tomography (PET) nuclear imaging equipment.

The office is situated above the WK North Emergency room and WKN Catherization lab on the third floor of the WK Heart Hospital. The office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and telephone number is 318-631-6400 or 800-256-1100.

WK Bossier Health Center

Our practice provides full-time coverage for the WK Bossier Health Center – just north of I-220 between Benton Road and Airline Highway. Our offices are located in the Medical Office Building housing WK Bossier Quick Care and west of the hospital at 2300 Hospital Drive in Suite 450 where Drs. Paul Cole, Britton Eaves, Tom Smith, and Basil Kasabali provide in-office examinations and in-patient consultations. Our Bossier Cardiac Non-Invasive Center features nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, stress test evaluations and non-invasive evaluation of peripheral arterial and carotid artery disease. Southeast Shreveport Office - WK Pierremont

Cardiovascular Consultants is committed to serving the residents of southeast Shreveport in our office within the WK Pierremont hospital at the corner of Bert Kouns and Youree Drive (LA Highway 1). In addition to in-office examinations and in-patient consultations, the office is the location for our Pierremont Cardiology Non-Invasive Center featuring nuclear cardiology, echocardiology, stress test capabilities and non-invasive evaluations of peripheral artery and carotid artery disease. This office is located in Suite 740 on the seventh floor of the Medical Office Building on the west side of the WK-Pierremont facility. Our practice provides coverage for the Minden Heart and Vascular Center and Minden Medical Center. We have a full-time office at 102 South Monroe Street, just one block west of Minden Medical Center and across from the Post Office. In addition to in-office consultations, the office contains the Minden DVD Cardiac Non-Invasive Center featuring nuclear cardiology and stress test evaluations. To serve patients in the Natchitoches area, we provide consultations at the Keyser Avenue Medical Park office complex, located at 1029 Keyser Avenue in Natchitoches. Our office is in Suite N on the first floor of the multi-story building in the center of the office complex. This clinic includes cardiovascular evaluations, stress tests, nuclear cardiology, and echo studies conducted on-site. Drs. Ajaya Tummala and Amber Shah provide coverage for this clinic.
