As a convenience to the patients we serve, we have offices in various locations throughout the ArkLaTex. Our office locations are as follows:

WK-Claiborne Clinic in Homer, Louisiana

Main Office - Willis-Knighton Medical Center campus in Shreveport

Our main office is located in Suite 301 on the third floor of the WK Heart Hospital on the Willis-Knighton Medical Center main campus. The office is conveniently located at 2727 Hearne Avenue. Free parking is available in the parking garage north of the WK-North Emergency Room.

This office includes exam and consultation rooms for our patients to visit their physician, as well as a modern Non-Invasive Center that offers nuclear cardiac imaging, treadmill stress testing, ultrasound evaluations of the heart and peripheral vascular.

This office on the third floor of the WK Heart Hospital is co-located with the diagnostic and in-patient services of Willis-Knighton Medical Center's Heart Program. It is also situated above the hospital's Emergency Room.

Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. After hours, one of our physicians is on-call and may be reached through our answering service by calling our main numbers - (318) 631-6400 or (800) 256-1100.

WK Bossier Health Center

Our practice provides full-time coverage for the WK Bossier Health Center - just north of I-220 between Benton Road and Airline Highway. Our offices are located in the Medical Office Building west of the hospital at 2300 Hospital Drive in Suite 450. Drs. Paul Cole, Britton Eaves, and Tom Smith provide in-office examinations and in-patient consultations. We also have a Non-Invasive Center featuring nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and stress test evaluations at this location.

Southeast Shreveport Office - WK Pierremont

Cardiovascular Consultants is committed to serving the residents of southeast Shreveport. Our practice has an office in the WK-Pierremont facility at the corner of Bert Kouns and Youree Drive (LA Highway 1). In addition to in-office examinations and in-patient consultations, we have a Non-Invasive Center featuring nuclear cardiology, cardiac echosonography and stress test capabilities. This office is located in Suite 740 on the seventh floor of the Medical Office Building on the west side of the WK-Pierremont facility.

Minden Office - Minden Medical Center

Our practice provides coverage for the Heart Center at Minden Medical Center in Minden, Louisiana. We have a full-time office at 102 South Monroe Street, just one block west of Minden Medical Center. We also have a Non-Invasive Center featuring nuclear cardiology and stress test evaluations at this location. Keyser Avenue Medical Park Office - Natchitoches, Louisiana

To serve patients in the Natchitoches area, we provide consultations at the Keyser Avenue Medical Park office complex, located at 1029 Keyser Avenue in Natchitoches. Our office is in Suite N on the first floor of the multi-story building in the center of the office complex. This clinic includes cardiovascular evaluations, stress tests, nuclear cardiology, and echo studies conducted on-site. Drs. Ajaya Tummala and Amber Shah provide coverage for this clinic. To serve patients in the Homer-Haynesville area, we provide consultations at the WK Claiborne Clinic, located at 104 Morris Circle in Homer. This clinic includes cardiovascular evaluations and stress echo studies conducted on-site. Dr. Frederick White provides coverage for this clinic.
